Last month I was lucky enough to attend the launch of the Pixie Lott Paint hair range with Tanya from Glam Glitz Gloss. It was a wonderful event where we became the biggest fangirls of Pixie and completely made best friends with her after we sang along to every song she treated us to in her very intimate performance for around 30 of us.
The event took place at the Cuckoo Club in London and I have to say it is one of my favourite venues to attend, it’s such a quirky little spot and I just adore it. I don’t think they could have chosen a better venue in my opinion.
The products that I am completely obsessing over are the Metallic Spray On Hair Colours that come in three different shades; Pink, Gold and Silver. These are a complete and utter glitter explosion with just a hint of colour, seriously so good for nights out, festivals or just adding that little added sparkle for any occasion it calls for.
Next up, which is a first in the industry… A Glow In The Dark Wash Out Hair Colour! It comes in two different shades being Neon Pink and Neon Blue, which Tapanga is SO excited to try out. Pixie wore the Neon Pink shade during the event and you can quite clearly see how great the colour is even in dark lighting. If you wear these under UV lighting you’ll be so surprised as they actually turn a bright shade of white, just imagine how great that would look at a UV Paint Party…. Definitely going to be packing one of these the next time Tanya and I hit Magaluf.
Next up I was given a Hair Chalk Pen and I am not going to lie it took me back to being a kid again. It made me think of hair mascara (does anyone even remember that?) and I just needed to try it asap. Sadly it didn’t really show up in my hair but with Panga being a blonde little beauty it worked wonders, she has been roaming around with blue streaks in her hair and loving life.
There are so many other great products in the Pixie Lott Paint range which you can find exclusively at Superdrug with prices ranging from £3.99 – £11.99
