The love I have for neutral eyeshadow is crazy. I think I possibly own every single shade of brown you could ever think of and then some, I love them in any way, shape or form. One of the things I really like about them is that you can cater them to suit anything you are going for; a no make up look, a bright wide awake look or even a full on sultry smoky eye.
Blank Canvas Cosmetics is a brand I have heard of before but not one I have had a pleasure of using until I got my hands on their Master Series Palette One*. The palette has 12 gorgeous neutral shades in it, ranging from a vanilla to a deep, dark brown. There are 11 silky matte shades and 1 shimmery highlighting shade as well as a double ended brush included in the palette.
All the shades are really beautiful and easy to blend, they also have such great pigmentation so a little goes a long way. The formula of them are really soft and buttery but not in a way you are left with loads of fallout, instead just very long-lasting and easy to use colours. The only negative I could give to the palette is that the lighter shades of Lily and Core can come off a little chalky but when applied on top of an eyeshadow primer that problem is solved.
This has definitely been giving my Naked Palettes a run for their money in the fact that it is completely matte and I am loving having a more natural looking eye throughout the day.
Over all it is a wonderful palette that would be any neutral eyeshadow lovers dream and I would definitely recommend getting one if these are the type of colours you love.
