I’m am a subscription box loather as I just found that I was subscribing to many and they just weren’t giving me what I wanted from them, they would send out some great products but just a lot of things I didn’t want or wouldn’t use or products that were just designed for people with specific needs instead of a universal product. So when Fragrance Direct got in touch about their Discovery Box* I thought I would give it a try to see how I got on as I am a massive perfume lover and love finding new ones.
The Fragrance Direct Discovery Box is sent out quarterly when you sign up to the Discovery Club on the Fragrance Direct website for just £5 a box. You receive both male and female samples so its quite good if you are a household that holds both males and females plus it can help with choosing gifts for birthdays and Christmas.
My box contained 10 samples and a miniature perfume to celebrate the Discovery Club turning 2.
I think the box is quite a good concept as it definitely helps you find new perfumes or lets you try ones you wouldn’t even think of but they are samples that are easily available in most department stores the only difference is these are sent straight to your door.
For £20 a year I think its quite a good although not one I think I would generally subscribe to but that’s just because I have seen previous boxes on other blogs and I have seen some of the same perfumes and aftershaves feature repetitively.
If you would like to subscribe for either one box, two boxes or the whole four per year then head on over to The Fragrance Shop Discovery Club to sign up.
